Take Care of Your SPINE


When you set on a chair for a long time, remember your spine.

Take rest every 45 min.

Give your spine 2min. of a Yoga position

Put your arm on the back of the chair and look behind you.

wait for 5 seconds. 

This movement will twist your spine




Be aware of the slow movement.

Move from right side to the middle.

Hold the position for 5 seconds.

Then move slowly from the middle to the left side.

Hold the position for 5 seconds.

then slowly return to the normal set.


This simple Yoga position is very important

to keep your spine healthy.
